The KanTickets module for Dolibarr installs like any other plug-in.
When you have retrieved the module ".zip" format, unzip it in "htdocs" or "htdocs / custom" (adapt these paths according to your installation).
Then go to: Home> Configuration> Modules / Applications and look for the module "KanTickets" or "Kanban Views" in the category "Customer Relationship Management (CRM)", activate it.
If you have not already done so, activate the native Ticket module as well.
Click on the top menu "Ticket".
You will notice that the left menu contains a new entry "Kanban", click on it.
The Kanban view of Tickets sorted by status is then displayed.
The other Kanban views of the tickets are available in the pick list to the right of the page title.
