Columns

Possible states for Orders are:

• Draft
• Validated
• Delivered, not invoiced
• Delivered, billed
• Invoiced, not delivered

Stock management

If the "Stock" module is activated in your Dolibarr and the option "Decrease physical stocks on sales order validation " is set to "Yes " then you will be prompted to choose the warehouse when you try to drag and drop from the "Draft" column to the "Validated" column:

Tags
The possible tags for Kanban cards of the Orders are:

• Amount vat excl.
• Order date
• Delivery date
• Amount vat excl. + Order date
• Amount vat excl. + Delivery Date

Colors
The colors in the lower right corner for the Kanban cards of the Orders represent the states:

• Shipping is late for <= 7 days
• Shipping is late for <= 15 days
• Shipping is late for > 15 days
